6. Refunds

a. Consultation fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws. b. Eritra International is not responsible for any fees paid to educational institutions, testing agencies, or visa authorities.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat your personal information and documents with the utmost confidentiality. However, we may disclose necessary information to educational institutions, immigration authorities, or other relevant parties during the application process.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. Eritra International shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or omissions in the application process or the outcomes of your applications. b. We do not guarantee the issuance of visas or admissions, and we are not responsible for visa rejections, academic rejections, or any other adverse outcomes.

9. Change of Services

Eritra International reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, fees, or service providers without prior notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the consultancy relationship with a written notice. Consultation fees are non-refundable upon termination.
